[Framers] Finding inserted and deleted text

So, a follow-up question. There appears to be a Track Changes toolbar defined in FM11. I would like to be able to use it. The maker.ini file says,
ToolBarXMLFile=fminit\workspaces\unstructured\toolbars\fmtoolbar.xml
and my local maker.ini does not override the ToolBarXMLFile preference.

fmtoolbar.xml contains:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<FMTOOLBARLIST version="1">
	<TOOLBAR file="graphics.xml"/>
	<SEPARATOR sep_id="0"/>
	<TOOLBAR file="quick_access.xml"/>
	<SEPARATOR sep_id="1"/>
	<TOOLBAR file="text_format.xml"/>
	<TOOLBAR file="table_format.xml"/>
	<TOOLBAR file="para_format.xml"/>
	<SEPARATOR sep_id="2"/>
	<TOOLBAR file="align_object.xml"/>
	<TOOLBAR file="object_properties.xml"/>
	<SEPARATOR sep_id="3"/>
	<TOOLBAR file="trackchanges.xml"/>
	<SEPARATOR sep_id="4"/>
	<TOOLBAR file="structured.xml"/>
</FMTOOLBARLIST>

The contents of fmtoolbar.xml is the same in fminit\... and in AppData\... . As one of my many efforts to be able to access the Track Changes toolbar, I moved "structured.xml" to the end of the list. I also tried removing it altogether. Sadly, when I go to the main menu and click Windows|Toolbars, the only options I have are "Graphics Toolbar" and "Quick Access Bar". Is there a way to enable the Track Changes toolbar?

Regards,
Jim Marek

If you turn on the Track Text Edits tool bar (View > Toolbars > Track Text Edits), you'll find controls that will let you move from change to change.

Note that you have to have turned on the Track Text Edits feature (Edits > Track Text Edits > Enable) first.
