[Framers] Finding inserted and deleted text

I'm afraid I don't have access to FM11, so I can't look, and I don't know
anything about the XML files.

>From looking at the help for FM11 (you can find it here:
https://helpx.adobe.com/framemaker/archive.html), it looks to me that
selecting View > Toolbars > Track Text Edits should make the toolbar
display.
You could also try changing your workspace to Reviewer, which has a
predefined set of toolbars and pods and panels.
