[Framers] OT: An opening sentence by a supposed AP writer in an online weather article

OK, so in Colorado, we are supposedly getting pounded this week by yet
another "storm of the century," (after more than one in this year alone, I
think this superlative should be retired, but that's for another post), and
here is the introductory sentence to this online article written by a
purported AP writer:

 

"Regardless of whether or not, . . "

 

Nope, kid you not. 

 

If it were Friday, maybe it would be tolerable, but for a Monday. . .
