[Framers] Strang happenings with FM-10 on Win-10

Dear all
I don't think that anyone of you has an idea how to cure this... But it's so weird that I 
_must_ tell:

Switching from Win-7 to Win-10 (dual boot for now a month) required to re-install all 
my FM versions (6 ... 15). The purpose of the re-installation in my case was just to 
fill the registry and to activate/register the software with Adobe (The programs were 
already in place on drive H). FM 6 and 7.2 just worked as did 11 ... 15.

FM-8 required severe intervention by Adobe Support. FM-9 quarreled, but I just forgot 
about it. FM-10 also requrired intervention by Adobe Support (today) and I thought 
things are now in order. But FM-10 has a very strange behaviour (which all the others 
don't).

Double click on the pgm-file with mouse starts FM immediately to the foreground. 
I wait and see what happens further (I'm just observing the Task Manager)
1 minute after first start another instance of FM-10 starts (foreground)
2 minute after first start the 3rd instance of FM-10 starts (foreground)
No further instance is started, even if I close the unwanted 2nd and 3rd instances.

Starting FM-10 via a shortcut starts it into the background.
1 minute later it wanders into foreground and becomes useable.
No other instances are started later.

Double click with the tablet pen does not start anything (any other program etc. is 
well started with this).

Has anyone connections to a Windows exorcist?

You may ask why I want to have FM-10 on my machine. It was the first one with Scripting 
support and hence my scripts should work in this
