[Framers] What is going on with Adobe Licensing for FrameMaker?

I thought I remembered about this. The same rumour came up in June, and
this was the information given then by Amitoj Singh:

As of July 1st, 2019, the Software Assurance (ASA) and Maintenance &
Support (M&S) programs were discontinued, although people who have
contracts under those programs will continue to have the same support until
their contract end date.

However, *customers can still purchase perpetual licenses* under the
Transactional Licensing Program (TLP) and Cumulative Licensing Program
(CLP) from Adobe and from Adobe authorized resellers.

This is a link to the thread I started on the Adobe forums about this
issue, with the official answer.

He also provided an email address for those with further questions:
techcomm at adobe.com

I haven't heard that these programs are going away, but I'm perfectly
willing to ask. :)
