[Framers] Huge difference in pdf size between PDFL and Distiller route

Dear friends,
I urgently request You to vote on bug https://tracker.adobe.com/#/view/FRMAKER-7293

This is rediculous:
I have used setting "Standard Quality" for a book of about 260 pages:
Via PDFL the files is 49.3 GB, via Distiller it is just 3.6 GB !!!
I did not recognise this in previous builds (e.g. 15.0.2)
