[Framers] Adobe licensing is migrating to subscription based

If I recall correctly when the Creative Cloud subscription came out, there
was an issue about upgrading from older Creative Suite. It was an issue
about how the software was licensed--perpetual vs subscription. Had
something to do with FTC regulations about giving away shareholder value.
