[Framers] Installing FrameMaker 19.

Hi Everyone, 

I have been working on this issue off and on for 5 days if you include today. I have installed Adobe Tech Comm Suite 2017 including  FrameMaker. I upgraded JUST FrameMaker from 2017 to 2019. Every time I try and install 2019, I get an error that 2017 cannot be found. I even enter the correct serial number for 20129, the Adobe installer acknowledges I am using the correct serial number but again says it cannot find 2017. I feel very stupid having to ask the list about an installation issue, so please don't be too hard on me.  :-)
