[Framers] Naviigation palette for unstructured FM

Dear FrameMaker fans,

For about ten years I have been wishing for a way to have something like a navigation 
palette (in structured FM this is part of the basic equipment): tree structure of the 
headings, when clicking on a branch jump into the document!
Last year the necessary knowledge was finally gathered and the tool is now ready:
