Actually, a lot of FM users are going to HTML5 direct within FM (and not using the FM to RH to HTML5 route)

Off-topic a bit, and with the caveat that I haven't done this kind of work
in over a dozen years, but I found RH integration with FM to be lacking (a
couple of years ago I did play around with recent iterations of the
pairing). In a production environment, I found WebWorks ePublisher to be a
much more efficient and stronger solution for creating context-sensitive
help from FrameMaker content ( https://www.webworks.com/Products/ePublisher/ ).
