[Framers] Recommendations for RoboHelp training

Ah, it's the "you need Update 2" to make this work bit - I had tuned out after the initial release about that addition & there's hardly any questions about it on the forums to remind me.

Linking is still mentioned in the docs, though as ever they don't
really tell you how to do it.

Seems unlikely to me that they'd deprecate that since it's presumably
the same mechanism used by the integrated subset of RoboHelp
functionality bundled with FrameMaker as multi-channel publishing.
