[Framers] Table of Contents issue in FM-generated PDF

OK, now I'm not sure I read your email right.

You are generating both PDF bookmarks and hyperlinks for the TOC to the
headings in the document, correct? And then you want to edit where the
links from the TOC entries go to in the document using Acrobat Pro even
though they are already linked to the heading in the document?
