[Framers] Adobe Flash Player EOL - How can I still embed video in FM documents saved as PDFs?

Adobe used to explicitly state that software could be transferred to another party. They even had a form on their website for that. I don’t know what their current stance on that is. Obviously not in the case of subscription.

Are you sure you mean "legal"? Unsupported, definitely, but there is nothing illegal about buying previous perpetually-licensed versions of software either second-hand or on the third-party marketplace. That is perfectly legal.

Adobe Captivate? If you get the Technical Communications Suite, it's part of it. Or you can buy a separate subscription. I don't know if the current version will work with FM 12, though. That's 4 versions back and there is no legal way to purchase anything other than the current version.
