[Framers] Anchored Frame in Table Cell is hiding borders

I have an issue where graphics in an anchored frame inside of a table are running over and hiding the table border to the right. This carries through to the PDF output. (This is a parts list with descriptions in the next cell).

I've checked multiple object settings - the frame, the table, etc. Nothing I've tried seems to fix the issue. Does anyone have any recommendations for this?
