 If you have the option of porting to a different authoring system for your source docs, I've long been a fan (and MVP) of WebWorks ePublisher. It's very flexible and you can create multiple outputs.

I'm not sure about online help. It seems to have a "web" option, but I 
couldn't find any videos about that option, so I can't tell if it would 
be an option for online help.
