That's not been my recent experience. 

I'm with Steve. In my opinion and experience, Adobe treats us like we're all an ugly, necessary evil.

Adobe treats its Creative Cloud customers (InDesign / Photoshop / 
Illustrator / Type / etc.) much better than its TCS (FrameMaker /
