Hi Rick:

Ian Proudfoot is one of few persons who knows about ATA iSpec2200 DTD.
To add to Ian's
comment. A defense client told us USAF does not accept FM SGML files,
due to EDD problems?  The last we saw
FM SGML was Version 6.  Our guess is that QANTAS Australia may have what
you are
after, they have a small fleet of B747 400.  However, today, Boeing PR
folks claim sales of
new B747-800 Freighters to China.

Of interest to the list, Gulfstream aerospace just got a waiver from
China CAA to allow bilingual
English-Mandarin AMMs, but English version rules.

Contact us off list, our interest is Simplified English which is part of
ATA iSpec2200.

Thanks to Ian for posting ATA info.

Be safe - Fly safe
