[Framers] FrameMaker 2020 (16.0.4) does not start (same bug as in 2015)

Thank you for the tip, Simon, but I'm not going to spend my time on this. I
guess/hope that Adobe is monitoring this list too and that they have the
time and the people to raise this issue as a bug. ;-)
