Index Formatting Question

Hi Tammy,

Change the separator to use a nonbreaking hyphen instead of a regular
hyphen. This is in your IX reference page. You'll find something like this:

<$chapnum>-<$pagenum>

in the IndexIX line.

Change the hyphen to a nonbreaking hyphen.
