Query on paragraph prrperties for a specific sentence

If this is something you're going to do repeatedly, you should create
a new paragraph tag from the existing tag. On the new tag's Pagination
tab, specifies its position as "top of column."

If it's a once-in-a-great while exception, put the cursor in the
paragraph and either right click or pull down the Special menu. Select
Page Break, then pull down the location menu and select "top of
column"
