Get rid of the Windows application crashed dialog

Rick:

In Windows XP (Vista may be different), open the Control Panel and
choose System.  Select the Advanced tab.  Click the Error Reporting
button.

Select "Disable error reporting", either with or without "But notify me
when critical errors occur".  Click OK.  Click OK.
