Help with PDF

[Flato, Gillian]

I have a PDF which has comments on it. I compared the PDF to another PDF
so all of the comments were created by Adobe comparing the two docs. I
can hide he comments, but I can't delete them. 
 
How do I unlock and delete the comments?
