macros and keyboard shortcuts

I can see your scheme (#1) can be quick if the style naming is appropriate.

I am dealing with a whole lot of inherited documents, and I am not about to
change the naming of all the styling.

I would prefer just doing Ctrl+Some_Key. That's the fastest.
