ANN: German FrameMaker Mailing List relocated

This applies to German reading FrameMaker users that might not have  
received a message about the new home for a "frameusers-de" mailing  
list.

After the latest failing of the previous, privately hosted list  
server (talk at framemaker.de) we took advantage of the silently  
existing mirror of messages since September 2006 on the Google Groups
