Text Insert Function -- Automatic Updates

Hi Ed,

Go to Edit > Update References and click the Commands popup menu in the
upper right corner of the dialog box. Choose Suppress Automatic Updating.
Make sure the middle checkbox is unchecked (Suppress Automatic Updating of
All Text Insets) and click Set. Click Update to dismiss the Update
References dialog box.
