Nice thought, but the feature doesn't track changes in conditional text
tagging. The feature is called Track Text Edits, and that seemingly 
idiosyncratic wording is actually deliberate and accurate. The feature
only tracks edits (additions and deletions) to the text layer of the file.
Changes in tagging or formatting are not tracked.
