Possible Bug in Frame 9

If you're actually running XP under emulation, as Jeff says, be sure you get
and download this Microsoft Hotfix:
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=952909 -- it applies to all PS printers,
including the logical PDF.

Also, make sure you're fully patched, and that the Helvetica font that
you're using has licensing that permits it to be embedded.
