Print to PDF

Couple of guesses based on experience:

1) Make sure Adobe PDF is your Windows default printer

2) Try printing to a .ps file and running that through Distiller

3) Reboot, open only Frame, and try the same thing.

4) Try printing page ranges to see if it might be some object (such as
a graphic) that is causing the problem.
