Since you have FM10, you can use the Replace Fonts feature. Simply open the Fonts pod, then click on the Replace button to open the Replace Fonts pod. (There may be a way to open that pod directly, but I couldn't find it.) The Replace Fonts pod will let you specify Times Roman (or other font) as a permanent replacement for Times. Save the document.
