[Framers] Windows 10 "hijacked" my computer

I have FM 8 running on Win10, and after some tweaking of the compatibility settings, it's as solid as it was on Vista. I was both surprised and pleased.

FM 2015 update 1 was the first version to officially support Windows 10, and I've read of numerous problems with older versions.
