[Framers] Thumb Tabs

I don't know where - or when - I got them, but my copies of the template pkgs came with PDFs.

I've attached the PDF for Template Pack 1. (BkStyle5: This is the same template as BkStyle2, but with running thumb tabs on recto pages.)

I have PDFs for Template Packs 1 to 6, if anyone is interested.

Ok, I've changed the links so that instead of pointing to Adobe's
download executable files, they allow you to download a zipped file
for each template pack. Go to http://www.frameusers.com/tools/

Please let me know (offline) if you encounter any problems.
