I am not an expert at using the Publish feature so I can't answer your
specific questions, but some of the settings seem to be limited. If you have
ePublisher set up and working well, you will probably be disappointed
falling back on the Publish feature.

I'm currently on a Windows 7 machine using Frame 7.2 and ePublisher 2012.4.
My Windows 10 machine should arrive any day. What I'm wondering is can I get
Frame 15 to do the same work that ePub does and I therefore won't need to
upgrade my ePub but instead get rid of it.

What I need Frame 15 to be able to do is:

1.    Generate CHM files (I know Frame 15 does this)

2.    Use conditions (e.g. PDF_Only) so screenshots can be selected to be
excluded from the CHM output but included in the PDF output

3.    Write my content using one font (e.g. Times) and have a different font
(e.g. Arial) used when the CHM file is generated

4.    Use a cross-reference format that includes page numbers for the PDF
output but removes the page numbers for the CHM output
