[Framers] Master Page behavior (FrameMaker 12)

Running FrameMaker 12 on Windows.

In a right/left document, when we add content on the last page that runs over and creates a new page, the new page matches the layout of the previous page, instead of following the right/left convention.

When you go to Master Pages and return to Body Pages, you get the message about some pages having overrides and it's always the last page. Choosing to Remove Overrides (or using Format/Page Layout/Master Page Usage) fixes it for the one instance, but the next time you add more content, it's the same problem.
