[Framers] FrameMaker keyboard shortcuts just stop

So, the ancient recollection of something eating keystrokes was generically
on the right troubleshooting path. Hooray!

As to other old memories:

FullWrite Professional (a promising feature-filled Mac word processor) had
the fantastic ability to randomly animate bullet points, so, there was no
reason to get bored while staring at pages of pithy tech content on screen.
You could just watch and wait for one or more of them to hop around.

Then, there was the post claiming that "lorem ipsum" placeholder text
wasn't randomly-generated, but was arguably written by indentured scribes,
forerunners of technical writers, because the translation was something
like "we love to write and beat ourselves with sticks."

Cheers!
