Orly,
forgetting means (in this context) to overwrite the current definition with a new one. 
customui.cfg is the last file interpeted (after cmds.cfg, windows.cfg) and hence 
overwrites previous defintions. You can observe, that even windows.cfg overwrites som 
edefinitions from cmds.cfg.
