[Framers] Trouble with Responsive HTML on a network drive

I think only Microsoft browsers have that problem, so Chrome should
also be OK. I'm not sure about Edge.

In RoboHelp, you can edit the layout properties to add it
automatically. If FrameMaker's subset of RoboHelp features doesn't
include that UI, you could probably edit some file.
