No. You have to have to be logged into Windchill and have access rights. For example, we have two "release" modes: Release-Pub and Release-Int. Everyone who has access to Windchill is able to access parts (in my case tech docs). Release-Int restricts access only to those who have rights to see and download parts that are internal only. Since this is also the main archive for engineering drawings, this is not a category often used for manuals; however, I did have one book recently that I wrote that was written specifically for field service engineers, so was not to be available to anyone outside of that organization.

Tom, is it possible for someone to retrieve the PDF from outside of
Winchill? Like if you put a link to the PDF in a web page to veiw and/or
download?
