[Framers] Why doesn't Table Continuation variable element get closed

Hi,

 

I am using structured FrameMaker 2019 and have Table Continuation variables
wrapped in a <table-continued> element. When I save as XML, this element
gets output without a closing tag and this causes parser errors. Any idea
why? Thanks.
