[Framers] Activate for Old Software - Fix and Windows 11

Robert:

Client had same problem, wanted you and others on list to know the solution.

Contact Adobe support, explain no phone activation option etc. A 
customer support
person in India will create and send a small license key file. Run the 
file and
license resets, then you can use the latest Adobe Reader.

In our experience Adobe support was very helpful and aware of the fix.

Amazing:  Adobe FM 8.0 and 10.0 run well in Windows 11.0. (Recommend 11.0)
