[Framers] [EXTERNAL] Re: Contents of Framers digest... Why so many of us feel the way we do....

That PDF is useful but also a real pain, because it takes forever to open
and searching also takes a while. This is weird, because the manual for
2019 is a similar size but opens and searches quickly on the same machine.
I even tried to save it as optimized without any improvement.
